Once we have completed the assessment process above, all information is brought together and considered by the Neurodevelopmental Service. This will include a multi-disciplinary team discussion, where professionals from within our service meet, to develop your child’s profile of need and an understanding of their strengths and challenges. The outcome of this discussion may or may not include a diagnosis. There may also be a need at this time for a further assessment or a referral to another service. The outcome of this meeting and the assessment will be communicated with you.
