Wrexham Maelor Elderly Care Services

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service have also implemented a dedicated helpline to provide support and guidance to elderly patients who may be dissatisfied with their experiences, treatment and care at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.

Data Protection legislation gives individuals the right to access to health records.

Complaints

We aim to provide the very best care and treatment, sometimes things might not go as well as expected. When this happens, we need to find out what went wrong to make things better. You can make a formal complaint here although we would suggest contacting our Patient Advice and Liaison Service in the first instance so they can attempt to resolve the cause of the complaint.
