Here you will find information on public events organised by the Health Board:

Conference: Patient friendly mental health services, what do they look like?

This conference will focus on topics relating to improving services for those with mental health disorders. Topics have been chosen on recommendation by a patient and carer group and consider how to support our patients through collaborations with community activities and healthcare services.

We have a variety of local and international expert speakers from health services and community groups.

This is a hybrid event, you can either attend in person or online.

Dates:

  • Day one: 10am, Tuesday, 14 May
  • Day two: 10am, Wednesday, 15 may

Local Health Conversations 2024

We will be out and about in the coming year, talking with people in our local communities about what matters to them.

  • Holyhead and Anglesey: Weightlifting and Fitness Centre, Holyhead, 11am-1pm on Friday 3 May

As well as updates on local and health board wide issues, there will be plenty of opportunity to talk with members of the Health Board, get your blood pressure checked, chat with teams who support dementia services, stroke services, cardiology services and many more.

Do please come along. These are drop in sessions and there is no need to book. We are planning lots more throughout the year across the whole of North Wales and will update this page with the dates and locations.

Special Measures: Our Progress One Year On, online session

Date of event: Monday, 4 March 2024
Time of event: 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Register to join here: Registration is now closed

We will be providing an update on our progress since being placed in Special Measures in February 2023, as well as an overview of the challenges that we still face.

This online session will be delivered through Zoom and a link will be provided once the form is complete (please save the link) and also through a reminder email on the morning of the meeting. Registering for this session helps us to manage the attendee list to ensure we remain within the limits of the number of attendees at any one time to a Zoom meeting. The priority for a place in this session will be with those who have taken the time to register.

The information that we collect in the form, will be used solely for the purposes of generating an attendee list for this session and to provide attendees with information about this particular session. Once this session is finished, the information collected in this form will be deleted and will not be used again.
