Our clinics are appointment only. The date, location and time of your booster vaccination is included on your COVID-19 Spring booster appointment letter. Please do not attend our clinic locations without an appointment.

For enquiries about an appointment letter or text message you have received, please call 03000 840004. Our contact centre will not be able to make new appointments for the COVID-19 Spring booster, but can help you if you need to reschedule an existing appointment.
The COVID-19 Vaccination Contact Centre is open 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-2pm on Saturday and Sunday. It is closed on bank holidays.
