If you are currently obtaining PrEP through our service and have been advised to complete an online assessment, please complete the online form - Online Express PrEP Form 2023.
If you would like to more information about PrEP, or if you have been obtaining PrEP from another service and have moved areas, please contact the clinic for an appointment.

Please note that we no longer have drop-in sessions, you will need to book an appointment to be seen in clinic.
You do not need your GP to refer you for care, nor do you need to live locally.
We are unable to see people with symptoms in our community clinics. If you have symptoms/ a physical problem you need to attend a clinic at Ysbyty Gwynedd for a full assessment.
