If you're an existing hearing aid patient, you can find advice and tutorials on hearing aid maintenance and fault finding on our self help guides.
If you're having difficulties that you are unable to manage yourself, you can access support via our volunteer drop in clinics. Volunteers can help with servicing and retubing your hearing aid, supporting hearing aid use, battery provision and more.
If you need further support with your hearing aid, you can visit the Audiology Department at Bangor, Glan Clwyd or Wrexham Maelor Hospitals without an appointment:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 12noon.
