Flintshire

If you are eligible for the annual NHS flu vaccine, you can now walk into one of our community vaccination centres in Flintshire without an appointment

School aged children (from Reception to Year 11) who have not received the NHS flu vaccine this winter can walk in without an appointment. Bookable appointments are not available in Flintshire at this time.  Children aged two and three (on August 31 2025) can get the vaccine at their GP surgery.

The COVID-19 vaccination programme ended on 31 January 2026. COVID-19 vaccines are not currently being offered.

Hawarden Scout Hut

Gladstone Playing Fields, The Highway, Hawarden  CH5 3DL

Drop-in vaccination clinics will take place at Hawarden Scout Hut on the following dates.
Clinics will close for lunch between 12.50 and 2pm.

  • Tuesday February 17, from 10:30am to 4.30pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4.30pm on this date.
  • Tuesday February 24, from 10:30am to 4.30pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4.30pm on this date.

At busier times, people dropping in without an appointment may be asked to wait a short time until a slot becomes available.

 

Gwernymynydd Village Centre

Ruthin Road, Mold, CH7 4AF

No clinics are currently available at Gwernymynydd Village Centre.

 

RiverDee Centre, Flint

Castle Street, Flint  CH6 5PF

No clinics are currently available at the RiverDee Centre.

 

Holywell Golf Club

Brynford, Holywell  CH8 8LQ

Drop-in vaccination clinics will take place at Holywell Golf Club on the following dates.
Clinics will close for lunch between 12.50 and 2pm.

  • Monday February 16, from 10.45am to 4.20pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4.20pm on this date.
  • Monday February 23, from 10.45am to 4.20pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4.20pm on this date.

At busier times, people dropping in without an appointment may be asked to wait a short time until a slot becomes available.


 

Our Lady of the Rosary, Buckley

Drop-in vaccination clinics will take place at Our Lady of the Rosary in Buckley on the following dates.
Clinics will close for lunch between 12.50 and 2pm.

  • Wednesday February 18, from 10.30am to 4.30pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4.30pm on this date.
  • Wednesday February 25, from 10.30am to 4.30pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4.30pm on this date.
