Young people who are eligible for a meningitis B vaccine can walk into one of our community vaccination clinics in Flintshire for their first dose without an appointment

The vaccine is available for:
Two doses of the vaccine are required for full protection. You will be given an appointment for a second dose after receiving your first, usually around four weeks later. Please make sure you attend this appointment to receive your second dose.
If you were born on or before August 31 2007, please bring evidence that you are due to begin the first year of a university or residential college course this autumn (eg a copy of your offer or provisional offer letter). Young people who have missed other recommended vaccinations may also be offered the opportunity to catch up at these clinics.
To make a vaccination appointment, rearrange an existing appointment, or for any other enquiries, please call the Vaccination Contact Centre on 03000 840004 or email BCU.SROCovid19VaccinationProgramme@wales.nhs.uk. The contact centre is open from 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. It is closed at weekends and on bank holidays.
