If you are eligible for the annual NHS flu vaccine, you can now walk into one of our community vaccination centres in Denbighshire without an appointment

School aged children (from Reception to Year 11) who have not received the NHS flu vaccine this winter can walk in without an appointment. Bookable appointments are not available in Denbighshire at this time. Children aged two and three (on August 31 2025) can get the vaccine at their GP surgery.

The COVID-19 vaccination programme ended on 31 January 2026. COVID-19 vaccines are not currently being offered.

Eirianfa Community Centre, Denbigh

Factory Place, Denbigh  LL16 3TS

Drop-in vaccination clinics will take place at Eirianfa Community Centre in Denbigh on the following dates.
Clinics will close for lunch between 1 and 1.40pm.

  • Friday February 6, from 10.40am to 4.25pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4.25pm on this date.
  • Friday February 20, from 10.40am to 4.25pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4.25pm on this date.

At busier times, people dropping in without an appointment may be asked to wait a short time until a slot becomes available. 

 

Festival Church, Prestatyn

Drop-in vaccination clinics will take place at Festival Church in Prestatyn on the following dates.
Clinics will close for lunch between 1 and 1.40pm.

  • Wednesday February 4, from 11.05am to 4.05pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4.05pm on this date.
  • Wednesday February 11, from 11.05am to 4.05pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4.05pm on this date.
  • Wednesday February 25, from 11.05am to 4.05pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4.05pm on this date.

Ffordd Las Community Centre, Rhyl

  • Wednesday February 18, from 11.05am to 4.05pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4.05pm on this date.
