If you are eligible for the annual NHS flu or Autumn COVID-19 vaccines, you can now walk into one of our community vaccination centres in Denbighshire without an appointment

School aged children (from Reception to Year 11) who have not received the NHS flu vaccine this winter can walk in to our community vaccination clinics in Denbighshire without an appointment from Monday December 15. A small number of bookable appointments are still available in Denbighshire. Children aged two and three can get the vaccine at their GP surgery.

Autumn COVID-19 vaccines will be offered to adults aged 75 years and over, residents in care homes for older adults, and all adults and children aged six months and over with a weaker immune system because of a health condition or medical treatment. Full details of eligibility for the Autumn COVID-19 vaccine are available here.

Eirianfa Community Centre, Denbigh

Drop-in vaccination clinics will take place at Eirianfa Community Centre in Denbigh on the following dates.
Clinics will close for lunch between 1 and 2pm.

At busier times, people dropping in without an appointment may be asked to wait a short time until a slot becomes available.

Ffordd Las Community Centre, Rhyl

Drop-in flu vaccination clinics will take place at Ffordd Las Community Centre in Rhyl on the following dates. 
Clinics will close for lunch between 1 and 2pm.

  • Tuesday December 16, from 11am to 4.15pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4.15pm on this date.

At busier times, people dropping in without an appointment may be asked to wait a short time until a slot becomes available. 

 

 

The Centre, Ruthin

Drop-in vaccination clinics will take place at The Centre in Ruthin on the following dates. 
Clinics will close for lunch between 1 and 2pm.

  • Tuesday December 16, from 11.15am to 4pm
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4pm on this date.
  • This clinic has been cancelled, apologies for any inconvenience: Thursday December 18, from 11.15am to 4pm.
    Drop-in flu vaccination for school aged children will be available between 3.30pm and 4pm on this date.
