We deliver our vaccination programmes from community vaccination clinics throughout North Wales

From Monday December 16, everyone eligible for a COVID-19 booster will be able to walk into one of our community vaccination centres to receive the vaccine without an appointment.
People eligible for the COVID-19 booster may drop in to one of our clinics even if they have an upcoming appointment. There is no need to contact us to cancel an existing appointment.
People eligible for the COVID-19 booster who have an existing appointment may keep their appointment if they wish.
People eligible for the COVID-19 booster who prefer to book an appointment can contact our Vaccination Contact Centre on 03000 840004 or email BCU.SROCovid19VaccinationProgramme@wales.nhs.uk.
NHS staff, staff working in care homes, social care workers and domiciliary care workers will also be able to walk in to one of these clinics for their annual flu vaccine without an appointment. Walk in flu vaccines will only be available to NHS and care workers at this time – please remember to bring your ID badge or a letter from your employer with you.

For enquiries about a vaccination appointment letter or text message you have received, please call our Vaccination contact centre on 03000 840004. The contact centre will not be able to make new appointments, but can help you if you need to reschedule an existing appointment.
The contact centre is open 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. It is closed at weekends and on bank holidays.
