People at higher risk are offered a COVID-19 vaccine each autumn and winter
The Autumn 2025 COVID-19 vaccination programme ended on 31 January 2026. Further details about the Spring 2026 programme will be updated here later in the year.
COVID-19 continues to circulate in Wales, and is more likely to cause serious illness for older people and people with a weaker immune system.
If you or your loved ones are eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine, please make sure you have topped-up your protection. COVID-19 vaccines are quick and very safe, and reduce your risk of serious illness and hospital admission.
