Groups: Panad a chat Zoom meetings every Friday, Art & Craft group every Friday, Recovery Group (weekly), Clwb Ni (learning disabilities social group) weekly evening meetings, Men's Group (weekly) is also planned by end May/ early June.
Available 10am to 4pm every weekday. All services offered via telephone currently but we are seeing people face to face in emergencies.

Tan y Maen Wellbeing Centre,
Bilingual drop in and initial enquiries for support. Individual support assessments, Talking Therapies and Parabl Counselling. Also signposting to our own App Based Support, Silvercloud and other online or virtual support services including computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy based on an assessment of needs. Our bilingual Men’s Sheds Group meets here every Tuesday and Thursday 10.30 to 1.30pm. Women are welcome too. We have a Community Garden Project, a Pottery Group and a Mindfulness Group. We run courses for Anxiety, Depression and Self Esteem based on demand. We provide vouchers for the Blaenau Ffestiniog Food Bank.
