A copy of the Health Board’s Corporate Risk Register and Board Assurance Framework is presented to the Board and Committees.
Risk Management is a dynamic process and risks are updated internally on a regular basis using the electronic risk register held on Datix. Internal staff are asked to access the register this way and can do so by contacting the Corporate Risk Team.
Corporate and Board Assurance Framework Risks are reviewed by Committees bimonthly and included in meeting papers. A selection of risks are submitted to Board quarterly. The latest Board paper can be viewed here.
