Flu vaccines for health board and other NHS staff are also available at one of the many local community pharmacies offering the vaccine throughout North Wales. Please contact your local pharmacy in advance because you may need to make an appointment and remember to take your NHS ID with you. Health board and other NHS staff who are part of one of the other eligible groups may be invited to receive their vaccine at their GP surgery.
If you have your staff flu vaccine at a community pharmacy or GP surgery, please inform the health board's occupational health team using this form so we can keep your occupational vaccination records up to date.
Health board teams are unable to vaccinate agency nursing staff. Agency nursing staff can arrange flu vaccination through their employer.
