Monday

  • 10am-12 Anxiety and lifestyle management
  • 2-4pm Confidence and Positive Lifestyle Building
  • 6 weekly sessions – booking required

Tuesday

  • 11-12 Recovery Group – Contact centre for more information

Wednesday

  • 11-2pm Adults Learning Wales/Arts and Crafts
  • 12-2pm Woodys Lodge on the first Wednesday of every month
  • 6pm-8pm Recovery Group

Thursday

  • 12-4pm Career Wales every other Thursday (Do you need help getting back into work? Help with training, CV Building)
  • 12:30-1:30 Coleg Meirion Dwyfor IT Skills
  • 2-3:30pm Wellbeing
  • 1-3pm Gardening (weather dependant)

Parabll Talking Therapies

We offer the Serenity CCBT Programme, Mindfulness and Counselling and courses to help with anxiety, depression and low self esteem

Zoom Groups, Courses and Videos

Online Courses are available for Mindfulness, FunFit, and Writing to heal

Podcasts and Special Events

Our “We can get through this” podcast is available on Google, Spotify and other podcast platforms. We hold special events from time to time too.
