Movement Disorder Service support with neurological conditions such as a tremor, Parkinson's Disease, Benign Essential Tremor and Dystonia. There is a weekly clinic for those who have these conditions led by a Consultant Geriatrician.
A Specialist Parkinson's Nurse and Speech and Language Therapist are available to support and refer you to Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Falls, Social Services and the third sector.
The service is also involved in clinical research studies, so that people living with movement disorders who are interested in becoming involved in research have the opportunity to do so through the clinic.
