Badger Notes - Your Pregnancy Care Record

Badger Notes is an online portal and app that allows you to access your maternity records over the internet through your computer, tablet device or mobile phone.

The information that you view is generated in real-time from your hospital-based maternity system record, using details entered by your midwife or other health professionals involved in your care.

Badger Notes directly links to BadgerNet’s Maternity Notes, a new digital system that is replacing our old handheld paper notes in Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

This new system will go live on 10 March, and it will be available for all new bookings and for all women during and following birth. Please continue to bring your paper notes to every appointment as some documentation will remain in paper format. Thank you.
