Bus stop upgrade - Ysbyty Glan Clwyd

Essential works at the entrance to Glan Clwyd Hospital begin on Monday, September 1. Lasting three to four weeks, the project will deliver:

• A new pedestrian build-out at the main bus stop, making it safer and easier for patients and staff to access buses
• Measures to prevent unsafe parking in the bus stop area
• An additional 15 new parking spaces for staff and visitors, helping to ease pressure on hospital parking

The works have been planned in response to unsafe parking in the bus stop zone. It is hoped, once complete, the improvements will create a safer and more efficient transport hub at the front of the hospital.

A temporary bus stop will be provided outside Glan Clwyd, opposite the main entrance, during the works.
