Book an appointment for your staff flu vaccine at a clinic this September
Full details of bookable staff flu vaccination clinics, including locations, dates and times, are available at the links below.
These sessions are for pre-booked appointments only. Drop-in staff flu vaccination clinics will be held at locations across North Wales from Monday September 29 onwards.
These vaccination clinics are for health board staff only. You may be asked to show your staff ID ahead of vaccination. If you are not a member of NHS staff, please click here for more information about how to access your flu vaccine.
Please note that these bookable appointments are only available for staff aged under 65. To provide the best protection this winter and reduce the risk of vaccine waning in the highest risk groups, flu vaccines for staff aged 65 or over will only be available at clinics or from peer vaccinators from October 1 onwards.
Health board and other NHS staff who are part of one of the other eligible groups may be invited to receive their vaccine at their GP surgery. Flu vaccines for health board and other NHS staff are also available at one of the many local community pharmacies offering the vaccine throughout North Wales. Please contact your local pharmacy in advance because you may need to make an appointment and remember to take your NHS ID with you.
If you have your staff flu vaccine at a community pharmacy or GP surgery, please inform the health board's occupational health team using this form so we can keep your occupational vaccination records up to date.
Health board teams are unable to vaccinate agency nursing staff. Agency nursing staff can arrange flu vaccination through their employer.
Following advice from the Welsh Government, health board and other NHS staff will not be routinely offered a COVID-19 vaccine at work this autumn.
Health board and other NHS staff may be offered a COVID-19 vaccine if they are part of one of the other eligible groups, and will be invited to receive the vaccine by letter.
