Trauma surgery and fracture clinics have been running as normal throughout the pandemic.
All patient follow ups and reviews are currently being contacted by telephone.
The following treatments restarted in August, and are taking place at Spire Yale Hospital in Wrexham for our most urgent patients across North Wales:
Day case treatments have restarted in Abergele Hospital and are due to restart at Ysbyty Gwynedd in early September.
Urgent elective surgery at Ysbyty Gwynedd is planned to restart at the end of September.
Elective services will re-commence at Robert Jones Agnes Hunt Hospital in Gobowen from 24 August 2020, with the reversion of the trauma work to our main hospital sites.
The Countess of Chester have recommenced knee surgery from August 2020.
As part of our plans to tackle the COVID-19 outbreak, the Joint Schools at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Glan Clwyd Hospital, Abergele Hospital and Wrexham Maelor Hospital have been cancelled until further notice.
