5 Ways to Wellbeing is a one hour session that looks at actions which promote peoples wellbeing.
The 5 Ways to wellbeing are:

3. Take Notice
4. Keep Learning
These activities are simple things individuals can do in their everyday lives to improve their wellbeing. Each is explored in turn during the session.
The aim of the session is to help people to take action to improve their wellbeing and incorporate more wellbeing activities into their lives.
