We are looking to set up a North Wales Recovery College and we want to hear your ideas and views.
A Recovery College is a space where anyone can come and learn about mental health recovery and wellbeing. A recovery college offers free courses designed to enhance mental health and wellbeing for everyone, including service users, carers, professionals, and community members.

We currently offer Bite Sized Health sessions in workplaces, colleges and in community settings.
