One week to go!
With only one week to go until the first walk, we are excited and humbled by the support we have seen from our local communities, staff and partners. You can still join the team on their #CAMHSStepbyStep coastal walk across North Wales by signing up here: https://forms.office.com/e/FzpPBYZPsx
The CAMHS Step By Step Challenge is a great way to demonstrate The Five Ways to Wellbeing.
The 5 ways to wellbeing is something we can all do to give our wellbeing a boost. We hope that everyone in the CAMHS Step by Step challenge will have the chance to connect with others and maybe meet someone new. We also hope that by taking part in the walk you will be more physically active and maybe even learn something new about the community around you.
We appreciate everyone who has given their time and commitment to this challenge and can’t wait to see you all at the start lines.
