100 stories Project - Leadership, Learning and Story Telling 

The 100 Stories Project is about working with people across different services to understand their experiences in transition services from children to adult services, to help us make real long term change. These events are open to parents, carers young people and professionals: 

  • July 3rd - 12-3pm at Colwyn Bay Town Hall 
  • July 7th  - 12-3pm at Colwyn Bay Town Hall 
  • July 24th - 12-3pm at Colwyn Bay Town Hall
