Bite Sized Health in the Workplace

If your organisation or company is looking to support its staff to access health and wellbeing advice we might be able to help you with our Bite Sized Health initiative.

We currently offer Bite Sized Health sessions in workplaces, colleges and in community settings. We are inviting companies based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate and surrounding area to our event - 26 March 2025
