Llais is an independent body that was set up by the Welsh Government to give the people of Wales a stronger voice in their health and social care services. We represent people's views on health and social care in Wales making sure that we listen, working with NHS bodies, Welsh Local Authorities, and others to shape and improve services for everyone. About this survey Last year we visited same day urgent care units across Wales to find out about people's experiences of using the services.

Llais will be collecting feedback on same day urgent care services from 20 October - 9 November 2025.

Hywel Dda University Health Board: Clinical Services Plan Consultation

Hywel Dda Health Board, Clinical Services Plan consultation focuses on nine healthcare services most in need of support and aimed at addressing fragilities, improving standards, or reducing waiting times for people in need of diagnosis and treatment.

The changes they are looking to make will have at their heart the best interests of the people of west Wales and their patient experience.

Better Together in Powys: seeking your views on adult physical and mental health community services in Powys

Powys Teaching Health Board are seeking initial views on adult physical and mental health community services in Powys by Sunday 27 July 2025.

This survey and engagement opportunity will help shape the future of safe, quality health services for Powys and ensure delivery of their Health and Care Strategy.

Powys Teaching Health Board are keen to hear from residents, patients, families, voluntary groups, partners and anyone else who uses their health services to help them plan out future health service offers. 

The work around ‘Better Together’ is needed to optimise the care of all patients; safeguard services; improve resilience where it is currently fragile; reduce inefficiencies and respond to staffing and budgetary pressures.
