Vaccination Update

We have now delivered autumn COVID-19 booster vaccinations to more than 77% of those eligible people living or working in North Wales. This effort has helped to protect our communities and NHS services.

Open COVID-19 vaccination offer to end

The open or Evergreen offer of a first, second or booster COVID-19 vaccination to all people in North Wales will end on 31 March. After this time only specific cohorts, such as those aged over 50 or clinically vulnerable, will be targeted for further vaccinations so please make sure you don’t miss out.

Drop-in clinics are still available for people to get their vaccinations and you can find more information on our website here.

Please attend any arranged appointment if possible, but if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment then please let us know via the COVID-19 Vaccination Contact Centre by calling 03000 840004 as missed appointments have an impact on our resources.

Appeal to Pregnant Women

We are once again appealing to pregnant women to come forward for their COVID-19 vaccine. For any mother to be, getting their first, second and booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine is one of the most important things they can do to protect themselves and their unborn baby against COVID-19.

If you are pregnant the COVID-19 vaccine will help to protect you and your baby from avoidable harm and can be given at any time in pregnancy. You can call the contact centre to book an appointment or attend a drop-in clinic.

Flu clinics for two and three-year-olds

Nasal flu clinics for two and three-year-olds will be help at our vaccination centres on 20 and 28 February. Appointments can be arranged through our Contact Centre on 03000 840004.
