Adult Bereavement Information and Resources

Chaplaincy

Chaplaincy within the health board is about providing spiritual and emotional support to every person associated with our services. It is not simply about religious support. A chaplain is available at all of our major hospitals 24 hours a day if necessary and we are available to provide support to families and carers as well as patients

GP

Your local GP may have a listening or support service attached or may be able to refer you to a local service, such as bereavement cafes run by small local organisations.
