Cardiac rehabilitation is a tailored programme made up of exercise and information sessions for those diagnosed with a specific heart condition and/ or following heart surgery. Cardiac rehabilitation provides patients with the information, support and advice needed to return to everyday life. 

Our team is made up of a specialists including nurses, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, support workers, pharmacists and dietitians.
