Virtual assistant chat example

If you're currently waiting for an outpatient appointment, you may receive a text message from us in the near future inviting you to join a virtual conversation. Here is an example of what the text message and virtual chat will look like:

Text message:

BIPBetsiCadwaladr: Hoffem ofyn i chi a ydych yn dymuno aros ar ein rhestr aros am apwyntiad cleifion allanol. Cliciwch ar y ddolen.
BetsiCadwaladrUHB: We would like to ask you if you still need your place on our waiting list for an outpatient appointment. Click on the link (provided in the message)
