Tehmeena Ajmal, BCUHB’s Chief Operating Officer, said: “Due to adverse weather conditions across North Wales, patients are advised to allow more time for travelling to hospital appointments. If you are due to attend one of our hospitals and are unable to do so, please let us know as soon as possible.
“Anyone with an appointment, who is able to attend safely, should do so unless advised otherwise by the Health Board. We will be directly contacting patients affected by clinic or appointment cancellations.
“Please stay safe during the current cold weather. Make sure your home is warm enough and you wear sufficient layers. Drink plenty of hot drinks and keep well hydrated.”
