The Health Board needs to ensure it involves the public and partners more in the planning of services.
There is too much variation in how services are delivered, e.g. in primary care
The Health Board should prioritise recruitment, e.g. more work with schools, offer bursaries etc.
A better understanding of the communication barriers experienced when accessing services e.g. offer information in formats such as BSL and ensure the availability of interpreters
Concerns that waiting times are still too long
The Health Board should ensure patient dignity and respect is given a priority
Area specific feedback

The community hospitals operating in the area provide good services
Some outreach services such as stroke prevention and mobile breast screening are doing good work in the community but there is a need for more services like these to operate at a neighbourhood level
