The Referral process

The FWP only accepts referrals from the GP Practice and other practices in the area.
Once we have the referral, we aim to contact you within 14 days, the initial contact will be via telephone.
We can offer up to four sessions via telephone, face-to-face or a meeting at the child’s school.
