The purpose of the People & Culture Committee is to provide assurance to the Board regarding the effectiveness of the Health Board's workforce, organisational development and culture agenda, ensuring that the organisation has the leadership, capacity, capability and culture required to deliver its strategic objectives and provide high quality services.
