If you're an existing hearing aid patient, you can find advice and tutorials on hearing aid maintenance and fault finding on our self help guides.
If you're having difficulties that you are unable to manage yourself, you can access support via our volunteer drop in clinics. Volunteers can help with servicing and retubing your hearing aid, supporting hearing aid use, battery provision and more.
If you need further support with your hearing aid, you can visit the Audiology Department at Bangor, Glan Clwyd or Wrexham Maelor Hospitals without an appointment:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 12noon.
The Audiology service in North Wales and North Powys is overseen by the three main hospital sites:
Audiology clinics are also held in all the community hospitals across North Wales. These clinics are appointment only.
The Audiology Department is closed on Bank Holidays. There are also a few days a year when the department is closed for training.
