Schools Workshops/Training

The Children's OT service are happy to visit your school or venue to give you an understanding and awareness of sensory processing difficulties, handwriting skills and fine motor skills development and discuss any strategies that may help in the classroom.

These sessions are in addition to Occupational Therapy input given to children, but often can also be enough information to help children that would not meet the criteria to access Occupational Therapy.

Sessions can be tailored to your needs but are typically 1 hour long so we can fit into an INSET day slot or after school training.

To book a workshop at your school/cluster please email with proposed time, date and venue:  BCU.ChildrensOTTraining@wales.nhs.uk
