You can access support and advice on a range of issues that may be troubling you, including:

It’s OK not to be OK sometimes, so if you’re struggling for whatever reason, please come and speak to us. We are here to help. Together our friendly and experienced team can help you get back on track.
Our iCAN team offer:
- 1 to 1 mental health, emotional and listening support through face to face, telephone, video call, email, letter, text, and Whatsapp messenger
- Help accessing mental health and wellbeing self-help and specialist support
- Help accessing peer support groups and social and community activities
- Self-help group workshops on topics such as:
- Ways to Wellbeing
- Anxiety and Panic
- Low Mood
- Sleep Hygiene
- Managing stress
- Self-esteem
- Loneliness and isolation
- Introduction to Mindfulness
- Suicide and mental health awareness training
- Suicide safety plans
- AQS and FCA regulated advice
Our Citizens Advice service offers generalist advice and specialist casework support in debt, welfare benefits, family law, employment, community care, energy, budgeting, housing, discrimination and more. You can access our help through a range of channels including webchat, telephone, video call, and face to face.
