Carol Shillabeer extends her role as Interim Chief Executive

Dyfed Edwards, Interim Chair, has confirmed that Carol Shillabeer will continue in her role as Interim Chief Executive of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board until March 2024.

He said: “I am delighted that Carol has agreed to continue in the interim role whilst we progress the recruitment process for a permanent Chief Executive.”

Her role at Powys will continue to be covered by Hayley Thomas, her Deputy Chief Executive.
