Community vaccination clinics in Wrexham County Borough

You can find more details about the locations of our clinics and the dates and times of drop in vaccination sessions below. 

Eligible adults include people aged 65 or over, people with underlying health conditions, pregnant women and health and social care workers.

Adults eligible for an NHS flu vaccine or COVID-19 booster can now walk into one of our community vaccination centres to receive the vaccines without an appointment. If you are eligible, you may receive both vaccines at the same time. 

If you have already received an invitation to have your NHS flu vaccine at your GP surgery, please attend this appointment as planned.
Painless nasal spray flu vaccines for children are still available from your GP surgery or local school immunisation team.

People eligible for the COVID-19 booster may drop in to one of our clinics even if they have an upcoming appointment. There is no need to contact us to cancel an existing appointment. People eligible for the COVID-19 booster who have an existing appointment may keep their appointment if they wish.

Plas Gororau Vaccination Centre, Wrexham

Adults eligible for the NHS flu and COVID-19 booster vaccines can drop into one of our clinics at Plas Gororau Vaccination Centre in Wrexham without an appointment on the following dates. Painless nasal spray flu vaccines for children are still available from your GP surgery or local school immunisation team.

Clinics take place from 8.45am to 12.25pm and 1.05pm to 5.25pm. At busier times, people dropping in without an appointment may be asked to wait a short time until a slot becomes available.

Adults eligible for the NHS flu and COVID-19 booster vaccines can drop into one of our clinics at Chirk Community Hospital without an appointment on the following dates. Painless nasal spray flu vaccines for children are still available from your GP surgery or local school immunisation team.

Eligible adults include people aged 65 or over, people with underlying health conditions, pregnant women and health and social care workers.
