Free support from an NHS stop smoking expert

Our advisors give you the best chance of quitting smoking

When you contact Help Me Quit you’ll be matched with one of our friendly stop smoking experts, who will give you the support you need to have the best chance of stopping smoking.

Your advisor can help with all parts of your quit journey. They’ll help you stay on track with up to 12 weekly meetings over the phone or face to face, either one to one or in a group.

They’ll take the time to learn about you, and what works for you – and to tailor your sessions to what you need. Your advisor will help you arrange free stop smoking medicines worth up to £250, help you set a quit date that works for you, and be there to help you stay on course.

They can talk about how to approach difficult situations or triggers, and help you tell your family, friends and colleagues that you have quit.

And if you need a little bit of extra support, they can even help you between your weekly appointments. We are here to support you every step of the way.
