As a listed body in Wales under the Equality Act 2010, we are required to draw up a Strategic Equality Plan at least every 4 years. The purpose of this Strategic Equality Plan is to describe BCUHB and document the steps that the Health Board is taking to fulfil its Specific Duties under the Act.
