EndNote is a reference management tool which organises and stores references and PDFs into a personal library, allowing you to ‘cite as you write’, and create bibliographies. Our licence allows 40 concurrent library users to access Endnote. Contact your local health library to have Endnote installed on your workstation. A free web version called Endnote web is also available for users.
SPSS is a software package used for statistical analysis in research. BCUHB libraries have purchased a single user licence which allows one library user across the Health Board to access SPSS at any one time. To have SPSS installed on your workstation, please contact us.
The BMJ OnExamination revision website is an aide for medical professionals to revise for their exams. The resource caters for career-progressing post graduate medical exams across a variety of specialties, including general medicine, general practice, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, child health, anaesthesia and psychiatry. BCUHB Libraries have purchased a number of accounts spread across the three libraries. Contact your local health library to apply for an account if you have an exam coming up in the next 3 months.
