Tell us what you think

Whether you are a patient, relative, carer or visitor at one of our hospitals, please tell us what you think to help us improve our services.

If you have recently used one of our services and have an enquiry, comment, concern or compliment about your experience, please let us know using the form below and our Patient Advice and Liaison Support team will be in touch.

If your enquiry relates to COVID-19 vaccinations, then please visit our COVID-19 Vaccination Information page for up to date local vaccination information and the latest updates on vaccine eligibility or email BCU.SROCovid19VaccinationProgramme@wales.nhs.uk.

Complete a feedback survey during your hospital visit

At the hospital take a few moments to tell us about your experiences and the quality of the service you have received by completing one of our feedback surveys. We are using 'real time' patient feedback which means you can complete the survey while you are still in our care. If you need help locating a survey, please ask a member of staff.  All feedback is anonymous and is shared with our hospital teams to help deliver continuous quality care to our patients.
