Community Support Hubs

Community Support Hubs are a one-stop-shop for information, advice and practical support available to all residents. 

We have a number of Community Support Hubs located across North Wales where over 100 different community organisations come together to provide a wide range of services.

Community Support Hub services include, but are not limited to:

  • Lateral Flow Device (LFD) testing kit collection
  • Food (either foodbank or/and cooked meals/classes)
  • Accommodation/tenancy support
  • Money/debt management/Credit Union/benefit advice
  • Legal advice (family, employment, civil matters)
  • Fuel/heating support
  • Household goods (including white goods)
  • Family support
  • Mental & physical health support
  • Hospital to home
  • Domestic and substance abuse support
  • Gender support
  • Digital inclusion
  • Multilingual support
  • Modern slavery & exploitation support
  • Entry to employment/sustaining employment
  • Social prescribing

Accessing the Community Support Hubs services

To access the services offered at the hubs, you can:

  • Refer yourself or someone you know by calling or emailing the hub. You can also use our Community Support Hubs online referral form.
  • Drop in to a hub during opening times (either as a referrer or as a someone who wants to access the service)
