Community Support Hubs
Community Support Hubs are a one-stop-shop for information, advice and practical support available to all residents.
We have a number of Community Support Hubs located across North Wales where over 100 different community organisations come together to provide a wide range of services.
Community Support Hub services include, but are not limited to:
- Lateral Flow Device (LFD) testing kit collection
- Food (either foodbank or/and cooked meals/classes)
- Accommodation/tenancy support
- Money/debt management/Credit Union/benefit advice
- Legal advice (family, employment, civil matters)
- Fuel/heating support
- Household goods (including white goods)
- Family support
- Mental & physical health support
- Hospital to home
- Domestic and substance abuse support
- Gender support
- Digital inclusion
- Multilingual support
- Modern slavery & exploitation support
- Entry to employment/sustaining employment
- Social prescribing
Accessing the Community Support Hubs services
To access the services offered at the hubs, you can:
- Refer yourself or someone you know by calling or emailing the hub. You can also use our Community Support Hubs online referral form.
- Drop in to a hub during opening times (either as a referrer or as a someone who wants to access the service)
