Digital Strategy

Further to the survey and associated engagement sessions held last year in order to develop our Digital Strategy. We wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took the time to provide the Informatics service with their views on how we as a Health Board can use digital technology to improve access to health services.

All feedback received was taken into consideration and used to create the final strategy which is entitled 'Our Digital Future'.  We will be taking a digital first approach to transform the patient experience, safety and outcomes through digital ways of working and you will note two ambitions associated with this vision together with six enablers which will help us to achieve these ambitions.
