How to access Speech and Language Therapy

We have an ‘open referral’ policy and accept referrals from parents/carers and professionals. Referrals are triaged by qualified speech and language therapists who may contact referrers for more information. In line with BCUHB policy parents and carers will be asked to contact us to agree an appointment. Please see below for how to refer in your area.

West – Anglesey and Gwynedd

To request a referral form, please contact the department on 03000 851 758 or via email on BCU.SALTReferralsWest@wales.nhs.uk. The referral form can be sent to you via post or email.

Please complete the referral form and send it to: Speech and Language Therapy Department, Bodfan, Ysbyty Eryri, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL55 2YE.

Central – Conwy and Denbighshire

East – Wrexham and Flintshire
