This is a meeting with the parents, carers/guardians to complete a detailed developmental history. This will usually involve us talking to you about your child’s early years from newborn, through to toddlerhood and up to the present day. We really want to get an understanding of your child’s development.
It can sometimes be helpful for parents to bring with them any past reports, your child’s red baby record or any documents from nursery or educational settings that may be helpful.
