Health Liaison for People with Learning Disabilities

The Health Liaison Team support people with learning disabilities, their families and carers as well as health services and professionals. They help to provide equitable access to our health services and ensure that reasonable adjustments are made to care and treatment to get the best clinical outcomes for our patients.
