Programme overview for our introduction session to chronic pain self-management. The course is available to those living with chronic pain aged 18 years and above. 

Subjects covered include:

  • Positive thinking 
  • Managing daily activities 
  • Communication
  • Relaxation
  • Medication
  • Physical activity
  • Improving sleep
  • Action planning
  • Problem solving

The course is a 3 hour session and is available in community settings across North Wales where possible. An online version is accessible via any internet connected device.
